web based and can be used securely over an intranet, extranet
or the internet.
Documents up-loaded are accessed through a check-in check-out
facility with built in version control and audit trails. However,
it's a lot more than merely document management. Provides
users access through a user friendly folder structure. Access
would be granted to permissible folders or permissible individual
files. In addition to a comprehensive archival and retrieval
facility it also has a comprehensive key-word search facility.
A sophisticated content search facility even enables searching
within the text of a document scanned as an image file. Provides
comprehensive back-up and restore facilities. Can be integrated
with any mail client or SMS Gateway to provide alerts.
