Affno Workflow Management

Capital Markets & Securities Authority, Tanzania
Listed companies are given the facility to submit quarterly information electronically for automatic publishing on-line. System automatically validates data and creates a job and assigns an officer if validity fails. The job goes through a pre-defined work flow. The general public can also submit complaints electronically and these too are routed though a defined workflow.

Affno Enterprise Content Management & Workflow Management

	Passport and Immigration Office, Mauritius Issue of passports, visas, citizenship and work permits have been automated within the department and between all the other government departments, foreign missions and border control points required for the process. Funded by Government of Mauritius

	Ministry of Public Administration, Sri Lanka The complete life cycle of a public servant from recruitment to training, job placement, remuneration, transfers and retirement has been automated. The system is extensively linked with all other Government Departments so that Government Servants could be better utilized across departments as well. All personal files are maintained digitally with very high security levels. Funded by World Bank

	Foreign Employment Bureau, Sri Lanka Integrated G2G, G2B and G2C solution bringing together overseas recruitment agents, local recruitment agents and migrant workers so that a much better service is provided to all stakeholders and all relevant information and processes are automated and vital information needed to shape foreign employment policy and practices are captured. Affno Enterprise Content Management

	Customs Department, Sri Lanka Provides businesses and citizens all the information they need when importing or exporting including automatic tariff calculators. Searches can be done in multiple ways to ascertain the correct HS Code and all other relevant information. Funded by World Bank

	Ceylon Chamber of Commerce All documents have been digitized including over a century old ones and the latest emails. These are stored in a secure repository with controlled access. The general public has instant access to requisite information. Funded by GTZ of the Federal Government of Germany

Affno E-tender

	Sri Lanka Telecom Tender publishing, evaluation and awarding has been automated so that the cycle time has been drastically reduced, paper saved and bidders from anywhere in the world attracted with ease. 3,500 tenders are managed annually through this system. Funded by Sri Lanka Telecom/NTT, Japan
