Listed companies are given the facility to submit quarterly information electronically for automatic publishing on-line. System automatically validates data and creates a job and assigns an officer if validity fails. The job goes through a pre-defined work flow. The general public can also submit complaints electronically and these too are routed though a defined workflow.
