In November
2007, Mobitel, a fully owned mobile subsidiary of Sri Lanka Telecom,
became the seventh of the 850 global mobile operators to launch
3.5G mobile services. Commensurate with this significant industry
event, Mobitel has unveiled their new website to celebrate the evolution
of their network capabilities and subscriber services. Re-designed
with Affno’s technical creativity into a more customer-centric
resource, the new website provides improved usability and functionality
to enhance the user’s online experience. Affno has enabled
Mobitel subscribers to discover and connect to a host of exciting
new services and features, and to access on-line customer support.
