Experience
& Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
or equivalent.
3 years work experience.
2 years project management
experience in successfully delivering information technology
solutions, preferably in an IT services organization.
Have led diverse teams of people
in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Experienced multiple full project
life cycles from business development to final delivery.
Have led teams with multiple
discipline representation (especially technology, user experience
and business consulting).
Must have a deep understanding
of project management tools and approaches to manage complex,
multi-disciplinary projects and the flexibility to lead diverse
and dynamic teams to deliver balanced and integrated solutions
to our clients' challenging business problems.
Experience with object-oriented
design and development methodologies preferred.
Experience with J2EE or Microsoft .NET
preferred.
Personal
Characteristics & Skills
Should be able
to grasp complex business and technology problems quickly
and drive them to resolution. Verbal and written communication
skills are particularly important given the often globally
distributed nature of the work.
Should ideally have travelled
overseas on work.
Be able to travel overseas
at short notice and be willing to work overseas for extended
periods ranging from 3 months to a year.
Must have excellent relationship-building,
leadership and team management skills.
